Southgate Gardens is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends!
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for any additional pets. Pet rent is $15 per pet, per month.
Maximum of 2 pets per home. No weight limit!
Breed restrictions apply
(Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, Malamute, Cane Corso, Boxers, Great Danes, Mastiffs -or- Any dog that is a mix including one or more of the breeds listed.)
